The job holder will interact with
divisions/departments up to the manager level and establish business
requirements/improvements. Assignments are
determined, project boundaries are clearly defined and work is
monitored within defined parameters. The job
holder will highlight potential problems and make recommendations
for business improvement which can have an impact on
effectiveness and efficiency. Issues are
discussed/debated with supervisors while incumbent will receive
guidance and support from more senior professionals.
Incumbent at this level will be
expected to perform key tasks such as the following:
Participate in the company Business
Planning Process and preparation of the Business Plan.
Provide guidance and support to
divisions regarding Business Plan, Budgets, work programs,
business improvement, and key issues.
Assist in preparation of the
monthly Corporate Activity Report.
Assist in implementation of a
structured and systematic approach to business improvement
Assist in preparation of
presentations and supporting papers for ADCO Management.
