Coordinate thevirtual team (a group of 10 to 20
members) from the key disciplines directlyinvolved in the EOR
activity and cross-functional coordination with (10 to
20)individuals from various entities intervening in support,
ensuring theefficiency of the EOR virtual team through internal
coordination and alignment,discipline of external contribution,
and proper framing with all stakeholdersincluding Shareholders.
Contribute,participate and directly involved in
the preparation and supervision ofmulti-year integrated cross
disciplines studies necessary to sanction priorityEOR pilots (3)
of BUH\SE Asset, ensuring the delivery as per the agreedschedule.
Cascade andshare results and lessons learnt from
previous and / or on-going EOR studies,work, pilots performed by
ADNOC-Onshore or Shareholders and developADNOC-Onshore EOR
Provide commitmentsof ADNOC-Onshore internal
validation process with special emphasis on alignmentof
requirements expressed by various disciplines and work execution
in strictcompliance with ADNOC COP and VAP.
Developconsistent studies dedicated to the
technical definition of EOR pilots as wellas to their actual
implementation after sanction, ensuring proper management
ofschedules for each EOR activity, alerts any deviation, and proposesmitigations.
Encloseinitial “framing” of the
dossier to define the Basis of Design which willcomprise the
design data (necessary to execute the work), the design
criteria(in terms of performance) and the design drivers
(priorities, externalconstraints etc.) and to capture of all the
fundamental requirements issuedfrom the disciplines (terms of
Monitor andmanage risks and uncertainties in the
techno-economic dossiers (DecisionSupport Packages) which will be
eventually submitted to endorsement, producinga clear plan
(mitigation of risks and reduction of uncertainties) in front of
athorough identification and evaluation of the issues.
