§ Establish risk based management strategies and application to production facilities
§ Establish baseline conditions for assets that would be assessed using RBI plan.
§ Develop Criticality Assessment guidelines by identifying high-risk plant items, and establishing a priority for inspection and maintenance based on relative risk.
§ Evaluate monitoring/mitigation programs using risk analysis tools.
§ Review and approve inspection and maintenance planning, and development of manuals, ensuring RBI priorities and industry best management practices are covered.
§ Advise on fitness for service (FFS) and integrity of assets. Performing FFS assessment of various critical equipment.
§ Prepare and manage FFS contract for more advanced assessments using advanced inspection and specialized software tools.
§ Review and validate consultant FFP assessment reports of equipment and pipelines.
§ Participate in the development and implementation of Asset Integrity Management system.
§ Conduct regular integrity audits at sites inspection sections.
§ Conduct/coordinate specific technical assessment, studies and testing programs related to integrity issues, failure investigations, material selection, corrosion assessment & monitoring and new technology trials.
§ Analyze integrity reports and adapt available data to identify / highlight improvement area.
§ Apply Industry codes and standards and practices for risk and integrity management.
§ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, metallurgy or equivalent discipline.
§ Mastery level in Integrity Assessment of various pressure containing equipment, piping and pipelines.
§ 15 years overall experience in the field of oil & gas asset integrity in particular inspection, material selection and FFP assessment.
§ 10 years should be in a supervisory/consulting position
§ Strong financial planning and computer skills.
§ Proficient in English Language (
Minimal, with ad-hoc driving in the course of duties to ADCO operating sites or inspecting contractors technical support workshops/yards.
